Happy Thanksgiving From Us to You!

As the season of thanksgiving and gratitude approaches, I’m reminded more than usual by the spirit in the air around me how thankful I am for the blessings that life has seen fit to give me. 

Among these blessings is the practice that I’ve made and the patients that put their trust in me and our team of talented practitioners to see to their healing. Gratefulness is an excellent mindfulness technique, one that I often employ and gently tell others to begin employing in their own lives. It truly makes all the difference in the world. 

Having patients like yourselves keeping this practice going makes meditating on the reasons I stay grateful everyday rather easy. So as I sit on Thanksgiving Day surrounded by family and friends taking part in our traditions, I’ll still be thinking of all of you. 

Please remember, whatever your traditions and meals, whomever you find yourselves surrounded by, and whether or not your favorite football team wins, we here at Acupuncture and Holistic Health Center are so grateful for you and everything you bring to our lives. 

Due to the holidays, we will be closed on Thursday November 28, 2024 and Friday November 29, 2024 to celebrate at home. We hope you have a wonderful, restful weekend spent with good company, good food, and traditions worth making memories with!
