Pulse Diagnosis: Listening to the Body’s Signals

One of the first things we do is check your pulse at your wrists. In acupuncture, the pulse gives us valuable information about circulation, stress, digestion, and overall energy levels. It’s a gentle but powerful way to understand how your body is responding—especially helpful for many of the conditions we treat in our Jacksonville practice.

Tongue Diagnosis: A Window Into Your Health

We also look at your tongue—its color, shape, and coating. Tongue observation helps us identify areas of imbalance related to digestion, inflammation, fatigue, or stress.
